Lauren and Cam are super nice hosts. The pets are super nice too. I think I became besties with the cat! The area is super fun and lively, which you would think is loud at night, but the home is tucked away and is surprisingly quiet.
Had zero issues whatsoever and was really easy to communicate with the hosts.
Amazing place for longer stays. The people hosting are great and very friendly. The animals are a good amount of life to have around. The rooftop is beautiful and the sauna and tonal are nice perks to have right there.

Lauren and Cam have a beautiful spot in the heart of RiNo, close to everything and a lovely part of town to walk and explore. They were both were super friendly and welcoming and went above to make my stay comfortable and supportive. Their rooftop was the bonus with stunning views of the mountains and a private space to relax.
I stayed at Lauren's place for two months, and I felt at home. Both of them are super nice and friendly. The place is in downtown, so you can walk everywhere. There's a fun nightlife and amazing restaurants all around.
They have two dogs and a cat—adorable pets and great company!
I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!
Great room to rent for a couple of months like I did. Lauren and Cam were excellent hosts and made me feel right at home. The house is fully stocked with everything and the bed was pretty comfortable too. Would recommend for someone who needs a month to month room in a great Denver neighborhood

The house in a safe area, the house is nice and well kept, the hosts are really friendly and enjoyable to live with, and there are 2 dogs and a cat that are well trained and also, really nice to live with.
Lauren and Cam are awesome hosts! Their place is exactly like in the listing and they are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a great place to hang out and I appreciated their fully stocked kitchen.

Lauren and Cam are the perfect host! They are fun, friendly, caring, and considerate. They are inclusive, social, and give excellent recommendations.
Their spot is perfectly located in the heart of RiNo with tons of food, breweries, nightlife, while being super accessible to the freeways to explore the mountains and surrounding areas.
If I could them more than 5 stars, I would!

Lauren and Cam are two of the most amazing humans I have ever met. I stayed in their home from December-March as I went through a major life transition. I felt completely at home. Their place is full of love, kindness, and comfort. I can't thank Lauren and Cam enough for being amazing hosts and amazing humans. If you want to live in one of the best parts of Denver, in a place that is incredibly comfortable, don't think twice!
I was hesitant about the bathroom situation, there was never an issue with the bathroom or scheduling/run-ins. It was all super smooth! I work from home and so does Lauren, she was always very easy to collaborate with for calls/etc.. I did of course give her priority as it's her home. There are also several great coffee shops nearby that work as 'co-working' spaces.
Their exercise room is top notch! I loved it!!!! This home has so much to offer.
Awesome stay! Lauren & Cam are great hosts, and the place is beautiful. Very fun neighborhood with easy access to downtown and lots of fun food and drinks within walking distance.

They made me feel so comfortable, gave the best recommendations, and had everything I could have ever wanted. The location is absolutely perfect. I was completely blown away by their hospitality, kindness, and wonderful environment they've created in their home. They are some of the kindest people I have met and they've set unrealistic expectations for every future Airbnb that I will book from here on out. The dogs are sweet as can be and so well behaved, and the photos don't do the amenities justice. Secretly hoping no one books with them so I can come back :)

Having travelled and stayed at different Airbnb locations, on 3 continents thus far, I can verify that Lauren and Cameron's townhouse is, quite simply, the best Airbnb stay and experience I've ever had.
I guarantee you, choosing to stay with them at their gorgeous townhouse will be the best Airbnb decision you can make!
I am not entirely sure what to say about Lauren and Cameron as hosts because anything I say won't do them justice. If Airbnb ever decides to create a host category that goes above & beyond being a “super host” as an upgrade, then Lauren & Cameron should be some of the first hosts to have that upgrade.
Their home is not only as is shown in the pictures but, get this, even better in person! It is a beautiful townhouse and they make it a warm and welcoming space to be in because of their helpful and good-hearted nature. It truly feels like your walking into a good friend's home.
Their dogs Everest and Meru are the sweetest pups! Meru is the affectionate puppy-eyed charmer while Everest is the ever earnest watchful and protective one, but do also expect him to bring you toys to express his excitement and affection!
The townhouse is ideally located and genuinely everything is within walking distance. You've got a trendy neighborhood right off of the corner of the townhouse with well-rated restaurants, coffee shops and loads of art & social events happening on the street, like most recently Crush Walls, because the area is very up and coming. At this townhouse, you will be at the center of the lively neighbor and area.
They are both helpful, gracious and very knowledgeable hosts. They provided me with information about their own and other surrounding areas and were quick to answer my many questions ranging from what & where the best & most convenient groceries are located, to which coffee shops & restaurants offered items that fit my nutritional diet, to transportation / travel routes, to must see sights and more generally to providing me with more general information about Colorado.
If you book your stay here, you'll have access to a spacious deck, have plenty of cupboard and fridge space for food, a clean and tidy guest room with lots of closet space and a comfortable bed.
And did I mention, you'll be assured wonderful companions and a great experience!
Awesome apartment in an awesome location, with one of the best private rooftop decks in Denver! Cam, Lauren, Everest and Meru were exceptional hosts. Anyone would be lucky to reserve an extended stay with them.
Lauren and Cam were a blast. They were the perfect balance and can get along with anyone they interact with. They're super social, welcoming and made my extended Airbnb experience so much better than anticipated. They are very laid back, active and always down for a good conversation which was something I really appreciated. Definitely stay with Cam and Lauren if you are in Denver for an extended amount of time!!
Lauren and Cam were great hosts during my period of transition. They were friendly and welcoming people who's authenticity and kindness stood out beyond all. I really enjoyed getting to know them and their pups. There was never an awkward moment or pause for question. I felt comfortable, safe and happy during my stay :) Highly recommend to anyone who is interested. And do not fear the shared bathroom! I promise there was no struggle with routines.

10/10 experience. Great hosts, incredible space, and convenient location. Cam and Lauren were so nice and accommodating and generally fun to be around. The home was exactly what I was promised, 1 bed, shared bathroom, shared common spaces (very, very nice common spaces). The shared shower was a complete non-issue because Cam and Lauren were so flexible. Everything was professionally cleaned on arrival. Rooftop deck, the hosts, and the location totally set this place apart. The home is in the heart of RiNo, 3 blocks from Coors Field, and a 20 minute walk from downtown. Highly recommend.

They're such wonderful and friendly people and have adorable and friendly dogs. I definitely felt we became friends if not family almost immediately.
They have a beautiful home with awesome amenities that's within a 10 minute walk to Coors Field and is in the heart of Rhino, next to some of the best bars and restaurants in Denver. Check out Nocturne, a jazz lounge, with some of the best drinks and blues in town.
If you want to experience all that Denver has to offer while living with some of the best people (and dogs) you'll ever get to know, choose Lauren and Cameron's place.
Was great staying with Lauren, Cam, & the pups again! They've kept their finger on the pulse of Rino, coming through with great recommendations as always. They continue to add hip touches to their place, making it more of a home.

So many great things to say about staying with Lauren and Cameron and their awesome place in the RiNO area! Lauren and Cam were very accommodating from the moment we arrived and assisted in our transition in moving to the Denver area. Their home is in an awesome location and walking distance to lots of neat places. Parking was never really an issue as there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area. Their townhouse is modern, clean, and roomy making us feel right at home. We very much enjoyed spending time on their rooftop balcony which has a beautiful view of downtown Denver and the mountains in the west. Their dogs Meru and Everest are as cute as can be and we loved spending time with them! Overall, probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Felt at home during our entire stay and are happy to call Lauren and Cam our new found friends!
Staying with Lauren & Cam (& their pups, Meru & Everest) was fantastic. The Rino area has so much to see, and Lauren was quick to offer some choice recommendations. The apartment is very chic, with a functional kitchen that I used frequently. I was in Denver working a 9-5, but with Cam & Laurens' jobs, their shower schedules never conflicted with mine. Before check-in I had reservations not having my own bathroom, but there's 2 other 1/2 baths in the apartment, so it was never an issue. Spending time with Lauren & Cam while cooking or just winding down from work was always a pleasant and genuine experience. I think we struck a great balance of developing a good rapport but giving eachother plenty of space. During my stay I felt truly at home.
