Everything guests usually ask before booking a mid-term stay with us. If your question isn't here, reach out here.
We host stays of 30 nights or more. Most guests stay one to three months, and some have stayed longer while they figured out where they wanted to land in Denver.
Usually, yes. There's no maximum stay — as long as the room is still available for the dates you want, we're happy to extend. Just let us know as early as you can.
A private, fully furnished bedroom in our home — not the whole house. The bedroom is yours alone. The kitchen, living room, rooftop deck, gym, sauna, and laundry are shared spaces you're free to use any time.
There isn't room for a desk in the bedroom. Many guests use the dresser as a standing desk for private calls, or set up downstairs in the living room or kitchen area. The WiFi reaches everywhere, including the rooftop deck.
People in transition — between homes, mid-renovation, relocating, or in Denver for a work project or travel assignment. It suits anyone who wants a comfortable place to land without furnishing an apartment or signing a year-long lease.
Yes. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, plus a dresser and closet space. There's also a Roku TV in the room, so you can sign into any of your own streaming services.
Everything we use, you can use. That means the rooftop deck with its grill, comfortable seating, and mountain and city views, plus the garage-level gym, the traditional Finnish sauna, 1.5 bathrooms with both a shower and a bath, the kitchen, the living room with a Roku TV and faux fireplace, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
A Peloton bike, a Tonal smart trainer, a rebounder, and a yoga area. It's all on the garage level of the home, right next to the sauna, so you never have to leave to work out or recover. Peloton and Tonal access is included at no extra cost — the only thing we'd suggest buying is a pair of Peloton-compatible cycling shoes, which there are plenty of affordable options for on Amazon. That said, there are great gyms and studios all over the neighborhood if you'd rather get out. We have plenty of recommendations, and ClassPass is an affordable way to sample them all.
Yes — 188 Mbps, which handles video calls and remote work without trouble. Many guests have worked full-time from the house. There's also a WiFi extender, so you can work from the rooftop deck when the weather cooperates. And if you want a change of scene, there are great coffee shops and co-working spots within walking distance.
Yes, an in-unit washer and dryer, plus a drying rack for delicates. You provide your own detergent.
Three of them, all Roku, so you can sign into your own streaming services. There's one in your bedroom, one in the living room, and one on the rooftop deck. The rooftop TV is weatherproof and, in our humble opinion, perfect for movie night.
Yes. There's an oven and range, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher, plus small appliances like an air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, and coffee maker. Quality cookware, knives, spices, and oils are all stocked. You'll have your own cupboard and fridge space too.
You share one full bathroom with us — just the hosts, no other guests.
As much or as little as you like. We love hosting and are always happy to share local recommendations, but we fully respect your privacy — you're welcome to keep to yourself or say hi when the mood strikes.
Shared spaces get professional cleaning every two weeks. If you'd like your bedroom included, just leave the door open on cleaning day — or opt out entirely if you prefer full privacy. Bed linens aren't washed for you; we ask that you wash them regularly.
Yes — two medium-sized dogs, Everest and Meru, and a curious cat named Maki. They're friendly, well-behaved, and used to guests. If you love animals, you'll enjoy having them around.
That's completely okay, but our home probably isn't the right fit. The pets have full access to the shared spaces.
Never. We take full responsibility for our pets. When we travel, a trusted pet sitter stays in the home to care for them — guests are never expected to help or adjust their plans.
Unfortunately not. With three animals already in the home, we're not able to host additional pets.
Send a request with your dates through our inquiry page. We'll review it and confirm the room is available for your window, then walk you through the rest.
Yes, we run a background check before confirming a stay. Since this is a shared home, it gives everyone peace of mind — you'll know who you're living with, and so will we.
Once your dates are approved, there's a security deposit and a rental agreement to sign. We'll send both over and answer any questions before you commit.
Rent is paid monthly. If you book through Airbnb, payment runs through their platform. For direct bookings, we'll set up the payment method and schedule with you as part of the rental agreement.
Absolutely. We've hosted on Airbnb for over 12 years and you're welcome to book there if you prefer. Booking direct gets you our best price.
Free street parking is usually available on the surrounding blocks. There's also a paid lot on Blake Street offering monthly passes — contact the lot directly for current rates. Spots fill up on weekends, during snowstorms, and on Rockies home days, so plan around those.
On Blake Street in RiNo — the River North Art District — which sits within Denver's historic Five Points neighborhood. Coors Field is a short walk down Blake, and downtown is roughly a 25-minute walk or a quick ride. We'll share the exact address once your stay is confirmed.
Murals on nearly every wall, plus some of the best bars, restaurants, coffee roasters, and nightlife in Denver, Coors Field, and more — all within walking distance. The South Platte River Trail and Confluence Park are close by for walks and runs. Explore the neighborhood guide for more.
A car is nice, but not a necessity. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and Coors Field are all an easy walk. For longer trips, Veo e-bikes and e-scooters are all over the neighborhood and make quick work of anything outside walking range. A car does help for getting to the mountains, and the highways are easy to reach from the house.
Yes — utilities, WiFi, and access to everything in the home are all included in your rate. No separate bills to set up or split.
Day visitors are always welcome. Overnight guests need prior approval since the room is set up for one guest, but we're glad to help find a nearby spot for friends and family, and we have a few favorites to recommend.
Not inside — that includes vapes and e-cigarettes. The balcony and rooftop are fine, and we just ask that you clean up after yourself.
We ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM, especially on weeknights — that includes TV, music, and conversation. Parties and large gatherings need prior approval, and RiNo has plenty of great venues nearby if you're hosting friends.
We're quick to reply — usually the same day.
